RSS Builder is an easy to use application to create one or more RSS feeds for your web site.
It provides a simple interface that lets you add topics, links and content, and then upload the .rss (v 2.0) file to your web server, using the built-in FTP client.
RSS is an abbreviation of either Really Simple Syndication or Rich Site Summary; it depends who you talk to.
