GoogleVideoSearch is a free tool that will give you easy access to Google-Video.
Search results will be shown in an explorer window like files on your computer with informations about name, type, length, date. You can open the videos with your browser or download them as avi, mp4.

Update:

* A change at Google-Video makes previous versions useless. Get the latest version to access Google-Video again.
* Language can be selected.
