Total Organizer is a Personal Information Manager, so, as you can expect you can store contacts, notes, to-dos in it. But, what is different is that:

* everything is organized into categories (”folders”) - as a hierarchical tree.
* each item (be it a note,task,contact etc) may belong to _several_ folders. This is known as “Tags” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tags). Additionally, those “tags” may be hierarchical (tree view), that´s why, in the “Total Organizer”, they are called “folders” not “tags”.
* if you´re in the “parent” folder, you can see the contents of this folder and its all subfolders.
