Foto2Avi is a free program that can convert video/photo to avi/mpeg/flv and also Foto2Avi can be use for  video editor too.. With Foto2Avi you can add special effects like Basic Effects (Brightness/Noise/Fade in/Fade out), animations, subtitles and also logos.
