AirDefense Personal

Residing on mobile users’ computers, AirDefense Personal quietly monitors for malicious or accidental wireless lan activities and wireless misconfigurations that may cause security exposures or policy violations. Policy profiles that are centrally defined on AirDefense Enterprise are automatically transmitted to each mobile user. If threats are discovered, AirDefense Personal notifies the user and sends the logs to AirDefense Enterprise for central reporting & notification, enforcing corporate policies and providing complete protection for the mobile worker, regardless of location.

iPIG

iPIG, the iOpus Private Internet Gateway (iPIG) creates a secure “tunnel” that protects your inbound and outbound communications (Email, Web, IM, VOIP, calls, FTP, etc.) at any Wi-Fi hotspot or wired network. iPIG shields your data from even the most sophisticated methods of online spying and snooping like the “Evil twin attackts”. In addition, your sensitive information is not only protected between your computer and the wireless lan access point you’re using, but all the way to iOpus’ secure connection servers deep in the Internet. This ensures that your data can’t be easily hijacked through the air and at the point it transitions to a “wired” Ethernet connection.

System Requirements

* Windows 2000, XP or 2003
* Works with EVERY WLAN/WIFI/LAN card and every wired Internet connections
* Compatible with ALL Internet software and firewall software

KISMET

Kismet is an 802.11 layer2 wireless network detector, sniffer, and intrusion detection system. Kismet will work with any wireless card which supports raw monitoring (rfmon) mode, and can sniff 802.11b, 802.11a, and 802.11g traffic.

Kismet identifies networks by passively collecting packets and detecting standard named networks, detecting (and given time, decloaking) hidden networks, and infering the presence of nonbeaconing networks via data traffic.
